Temporary Workers Wanted for Our Care and Support Emergency Service in Central Lund

We are looking for temporary workers who want to work in our care and support emergency service, located in central Lund.

As an emergency case handler, you will be responsible for receiving incoming alarms from users and forwarding them to the relevant healthcare providers and professional categories. The tasks also include technical support, error messages, and other administration related to alarms. Furthermore, you will handle public inquiries regarding safety alarms and other matters that come via alarms or phone and refer them to the appropriate instance. The emergency case handler has the authority to call in healthcare staff during inconvenient working hours if there is a staff shortage. Documentation is included.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work calmly and focused to effectively and accurately manage incoming cases.
• Has a good and professional demeanor with respect and understanding for individual needs.
• Has analytical skills to quickly grasp a situation that has arisen.
• Has a high sense of service and great ability to collaborate.
• Is experienced in handling various data systems and has experience in technical support.
• Experience in similar tasks and knowledge in care and support is meritorious.

As a temporary employee, you decide when and how much you want to work. You have the opportunity to work days, evenings, and/or nights on both weekdays and weekends. To succeed in the role, we see that you may have a varied educational background, such as ongoing/completed studies in social work, health care, or another equivalent educational background.
