As a Implementation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a successful implementation of the change Future-Proofed Accounting and Reporting (FSRR) within Finance & Economics. You will be the "spider in the web" ensuring that support to the receiving organization runs smoothly and that communication between the program and local actors flows well.

You will work closely with program management, change communicators, and key personnel within the finance function to create structure, clarity, and engagement throughout the implementation process.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate support and questions between the program and the receiving organization

• Build relationships and create trust between central and local stakeholders

• Drive and maintain dialogue forums related to the implementation

• Create structure for case and question management, follow-up, and feedback

• Contribute to an updated FAQ and clear communication to the organization

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and drive solutions together with program management

• Be a key person to ensure a safe and well-organized implementation

Qualifications & characteristics

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in administrative and coordinating roles, preferably in larger change or IT programs

• The ability to create structure in complex environments and prioritize between different needs

• Experience working with many stakeholders and understanding different business perspectives

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• A proactive, solution-oriented, and structured working approach

• Post-secondary education in Economics, IT, Administration, or Project Management.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience from the finance, insurance, or accounting sector

• Experience with ERP implementations in federated or decentralized organizations

• Knowledge in change management or user support during system transitions
