Do you want to contribute your HR expertise to a socially important organization? We are now looking for an HR consultant for a consulting assignment with an authority in central Stockholm – perfect for you who enjoy variation, responsibility, and development!

About the assignment

You will be part of an engaged HR unit consisting of five people and led by the HR manager. Here you will work both operationally and strategically to support managers and develop HR processes in an organization that makes a difference.

Your main responsibilities

• Support and advise on labor law, recruitment, and work environment/rehabilitation

• Manage administrative processes and HR systems related to these areas

• Contribute to developing and simplifying HR processes

• Provide managerial support in matters such as development conversations, salary discussions, and relocations

Here you will work closely with the operations and be an important sounding board for managers.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has: A degree in human resources or equivalent At least three years of experience in operational HR work, preferably within public administration Documented knowledge in labor law, recruitment, and work environment work Experience in managerial support within development conversations, salary discussions, or relocations

Do you also have experience in HR work within government operations? That is a big plus!
