Economist with responsibility for administration & logistics – Flytt & Städ Sverige AB

Flytt & Städ Sverige AB is growing and is now looking for an experienced economist with broad expertise in both finance and logistics.

The position is full-time (100%) at our office at Koppargatan 3 in Norrköping, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial follow-up

• Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payments

• Payroll management, VAT reporting, and monthly reporting

• Participation in year-end closing and annual reporting in collaboration with auditors

• Monitoring of costs, budgets, and results

• Coordination of logistics, planning, and resource allocation

• Support for management, sales, and customer service in administrative matters

We are looking for someone who

• Has a YH degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience

• Has experience in bookkeeping, reporting, and preferably year-end work

• Is meticulous, responsible, and self-driven

• Has good computer skills and knowledge of Excel and accounting software

• Communicates well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• Thrives in a varied role with both numbers and practical tasks

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (lunch 12:00 to 13:00)

• Salary: 32,000–35,000 SEK/month, depending on experience
