About the position Do you love service and are you looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a service star to join our team! In this position, there is an opportunity to work in all our different areas: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, conferences, café, and events. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and rounds in the office
• Working at various events

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We appreciate that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

Employment Employment type: On-call employment with the possibility of working several days a week Employment rate: Varies depending on needs; you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as for planned absences and extra bookings. You can input your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varies; we expect you to be adaptable based on the needs of the business and be able to work weekdays during office hours, evenings, and weekends.

We have an extra high demand for additional staff between weeks 48 - 2.
