We are looking for an interim Unit Manager with district nurse qualifications for combined leadership and clinical work.
Assignment Description:
- Operational leadership with a focus on quality and development
- At least 50% clinical work in reception and by phone
- Full-time with the possibility of extension
- Part of the management team
Qualifications:
- Licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse
- Management experience from primary care
- Experience with PMO journal system
- Good experience in primary care
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Conditions:
- Assignment period: October 27, 2025 – January 31, 2026
- Scope: 100%
