Unit Manager/District Nurse Needed for Assignment in Malmö

We are looking for an interim Unit Manager with district nurse qualifications for combined leadership and clinical work.



Assignment Description:
  • Operational leadership with a focus on quality and development
  • At least 50% clinical work in reception and by phone
  • Full-time with the possibility of extension
  • Part of the management team

Qualifications:
  • Licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse
  • Management experience from primary care
  • Experience with PMO journal system
  • Good experience in primary care
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Conditions:
  • Assignment period: October 27, 2025 – January 31, 2026
  • Scope: 100%

  • Location: Malmö
