As a specialist in general medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you will be offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The job is varied with planned and acute patient visits, collaboration with home care, the municipality's special accommodations, and child health care. We also have training doctors, medical students, and residents continuously, so it is a plus if you have training/experience in supervision. You are responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues and being a medical support for other healthcare staff at the health center. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact points where your skills are utilized and stimulated.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a Swedish medical license and is a specialist in general medicine with previous experience working in primary care. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, corresponding to level Swedish C1. Since we have many elderly patients, it is of great importance that you are clear in your communication. You have a valid B driver's license.

As a person, you are secure in yourself, have good collaboration skills with others in the team, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would also like you to have experience supervising training doctors and other professions at the health center.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and communicate clearly. We value your engagement in operational development and your social competence to meet different people based on their needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Founded in 1994, Näsets Läkargrupp is a private health center with locations in Höllviken, Skanör, and Vellinge. We currently have about 25,000 registered patients and offer care for the whole family throughout all phases of life.
