Within the surgical unit, there is an operating room, a sterile center, and a recovery department. We perform elective surgeries in the following areas: surgery, urology, gynecology, pelvic floor, neurosurgery, and vascular surgery. The unit consists of five operating rooms that are open Monday to Friday and over 60 employees work here. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome two more operating room nurses to our wonderful and dedicated team!

As our new colleagues, you will be welcomed by a team characterized by commitment, curiosity, and, not least, warmth and care! In the role of operating room nurse, you will work with various tasks related to surgery. You will also plan and organize the day's surgeries in your operating room. You will instrument during surgeries and participate in pre- and post-operative work, such as setting up. The work is done in a team around the patient and involves working with technically advanced equipment. Patient safety is a major focus area, as is a good work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who values a job characterized by responsibility, participation, collaboration, and enjoys working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Regarding formal requirements, you are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare and have further education as an operating room nurse. Previous experience in surgical operations is an advantage. You have language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.
