About the position We are looking for more assistants for our wonderful client in Tyresö. He is a 33-year-old man living in a quiet area with good transport links. 

As his assistant, you will help with manual transfers, personal hygiene, cooking, and maintaining the home. 

He enjoys most everyday activities such as music, walks, going on outings, and having coffee in town. 

Your Swedish must be very good, and you must not be a smoker. Personal chemistry is extremely important for smooth and effective collaboration. Sometimes you will work with a colleague, but also alone during your shifts, so it is important to have a team spirit as you may need to support your colleagues during unplanned or planned absences.

Who are you? For this job, you need to be able to speak and write Swedish fluently. 

It is a plus if you have previous experience with epilepsy and diabetes.  You who are applying for the position are male, age does not matter, but you should be young at heart, empathetic, social, cheerful, and positive. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured, and have the ability to listen to others and understand your role as a personal assistant. 

It is also important that you are honest, enjoy working, and have the ability to create a positive atmosphere around you. 

You should also not be allergic to furry animals or afraid of dogs since the client's family has a dog that may be present in the home. You should have great empathy, be self-driven, able to take initiative, have patience, and be able to put yourself in another person's situation and be very attentive. It is important to understand that you have a supporting role and that your client who requires personal assistance has the leading role.

Working hours and employment level: Hourly employment, which can lead to a permanent position.

Working hours may vary between weekdays and weekends. Evening, night (on-call), and daytime shifts.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.
