Do you want to inspire, engage, and represent one of the world's most recognized tech brands? We are now looking for a driven and charismatic Lead Trainer for Meta, someone who loves to stand in front of people and has the ability to build educational, engaging training concepts from the ground up.

As a Lead Trainer, you will: 

• Conduct inspiring training sessions and presentations, both live and digitally 
• Participate in events, fairs, and training days to create engagement among participants
• Develop and update training materials and programs
• Build long-term training strategies and engagement plans 
• Coach and motivate the field team to perform at their best
• Work closely with the sales department to strengthen Meta's brand and product knowledge

This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently and taking initiative. You see what needs to be done and drive it forward with energy, structure, and creativity.

We are looking for someone who combines stage presence with strategic thinking. You can both stand in front of a group and inspire, and behind the scenes create training concepts that engage and motivate.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have experience speaking in front of groups, e.g., in retail, events, training, or sales
• Have experience creating training programs
• Have experience building e-learning
• Have good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Thrive in a changing environment
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Enjoy building and maintaining relationships
• Are socially skilled and can take a room
• It is a plus if you have experience working in Google Suite
• It is a plus if you are used to working with larger IT or tech companies

Other

• Scope: Full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probation period

• Location: Flexible, but preferably in Stockholm

The position is primarily scheduled on weekdays, but weekends and evenings may occur during certain periods.
