Job Description

We at the lower grades are looking for an experienced, positive, and engaged special teacher for younger ages. You will be responsible for special education in grades F-3, and the work will be done in close collaboration with our special educator and deputy principal, where you together drive the student health work for the lower grades.

Your daily tasks include mapping students' needs, planning and implementing support education, and documentation. You will work based on a systematic quality approach where you follow students' knowledge development and work both to guide teachers and to provide direct interventions with individual students, in smaller groups, and in class.

Qualifications

You are a licensed special teacher and qualified in Swedish grades F-3. You have several years of experience and are skilled in building relationships as well as in language, writing, and reading development. You also have good knowledge of and experience with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities and clarifying pedagogy. Experience teaching in lower grades is a requirement.

You have the ability to build relationships with students and gain their trust, while being a clear and secure adult.

You have a good ability to collaborate with your colleagues, so that students have a safe learning environment with good conditions for learning.
