JOB DESCRIPTION

As a leisure teacher at Klockargården School, you will plan and develop the activities together with colleagues and students in grades F-3. Our well-established values are based on Backa Barnet and Behovskompassen. Your mission is to provide guidance and stimulation for students' learning and personal development based on their own circumstances, as well as to offer a developing, enjoyable, and meaningful leisure time where they feel safe and seen. As an educator, it is important that you can capture and nurture students' interests and communicate well with our guardians.

The school is organized into working teams where each grade forms a unit where teachers and leisure staff work closely together. With us, you will be offered a stimulating job alongside engaged students, educators, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher for leisure centers, preferably with qualifications in art and previous experience in the profession. You are responsible, self-driven, and can lead, motivate, and create engagement that increases students' desire and interest in learning. Furthermore, you are driven, structured, take initiative, plan, and carry out activities. You are clear and have good collaboration skills as you cooperate and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians.

The city applies individual salary setting. Permanent employment 80-100% with start date according to agreement.
