At Södertälje Adult Education, located in bright and modern premises at Västergatan 2, we work to offer education for adults in our own right. Your tasks

We are looking for 2 licensed vocational teachers with qualifications in healthcare and social care subjects, who will educate tomorrow's nursing assistants. Your tasks belong to a teaching assignment, where planning, implementation of teaching and APL visits, assessment, as well as communication with both students and colleagues are included. With us, you will have a varied job where you will work independently and in teams. We believe in pedagogical structures and planning, which means that the operations have a stable recurring pedagogical basis to rely on. We mainly use Office 365, V-klass, and Teams and believe that you have experience with these or other similar programs.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a qualified vocational teacher with qualifications in healthcare and social care subjects and are comfortable working from a fixed pedagogical structure, as well as having experience in grading and assessment. It is a given that you have an approach where the student is in focus and where you work based on the school's values. You see connections and take responsibility for the whole by being inspiring and clear in both verbal and written communication. You understand the importance of collaborating closely with your colleagues in the work team as well as with the administration and your immediate supervisor. You have an open, unpretentious, and solution-focused approach, as well as an understanding of the collegial and collective context.

Requirements:
- Vocational teacher degree with a focus on healthcare and social care
- Good experience working with teaching, grading, and assessment.

Meritorious:
- Experience working with adults, particularly in an intercultural context.
- Experience in validation work.
- Previous experience from working with digital learning platforms
- Nurse, physiotherapist, or other higher education qualifications that the employer deems suitable for the assignment
- At least three years of work experience in healthcare.
