Are you a licensed preschool teacher passionate about enhancing the skills of young children? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The parent cooperative Smått och Gott in Högdalen is seeking a preschool teacher for our preschool, primarily for our younger children's department (1-3 years). We are looking for someone who wants to lead and develop the work together with the other educators at the preschool.

The preschool has room for 35 children distributed across two departments in spacious premises with a really nice large yard. The good food at the preschool is prepared on-site by our cook. Work in the other department may also be relevant.

We are looking for a preschool teacher who has experience in the profession and can drive development work at the preschool in collaboration with other staff.

You who are applying enjoy using environments and materials as a pedagogical resource in your teaching.

You are accustomed to using pedagogical documentation and a reflective working method as a natural way forward in your work.

You should be able to lead a team in a communicative and humble way, where good collaboration and clarity are key principles.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

If you have experience in any type of special education or working with children in need of special support, this is an advantage.

The preschool is run by a parent cooperative where parents clean and are responsible for the preschool at the management level in consultation with the principal, who is responsible for the educational activities.

The position is a fixed-term part-time job at 75% until June 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. A preschool teacher license is required.
