Your Responsibilities
The position involves you, together with a colleague, being responsible for the planning, implementation, and assessment of teaching in mathematics and preferably science/technology in grades 7-9. You are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment that increases students' desire to learn and develops their knowledge. You work in a way where values and safety permeate the entire school day, ensuring that each student receives the support they need. Mentorship is not part of your role as we have three lead mentors working with students and colleagues in grades 7-9. However, it is important that you view collaboration and dialogue with students, guardians, and colleagues as a natural part of the safety work that everyone at the school participates in. You will also be part of a co-teaching model and a subject team as well as a work team where continuous collegial work takes place to develop teaching quality and meet students' needs.

- You are collaborative and see the importance of driving the school's development together with other colleagues
- You see quality in teaching as a requirement for good goal fulfillment and therefore ensure that your teaching is goal-oriented, challenging, and has content and methodological variation
- You have the ability to follow and assess students' development of knowledge and skills in a varied way, and in collaboration with the student, develop these
- You have the ability to lead a group in a way that shows that structure, relationships, safety, understanding, context, and order are the focus

Requirements:
- You have a degree with a teaching license and qualifications to teach mathematics (preferably in combination with another subject, preferably science/technology)
- You are well acquainted with the primary school curriculum and syllabuses
- You are a good educator
