We are now looking for a committed and licensed teacher for a parental leave substitute during the spring term. With us, you will have the chance to work in an environment characterized by community, a clear pedagogical focus, and a belief in each individual's potential.

Your Mission

The position is a substitute for a colleague on parental leave and runs from March to June.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Teaching history in grades 4–6.
• Teaching all social studies subjects (geography, history, religion, civics) in grade 7.
• Mentoring students in grade 7. As a mentor, you play a key role in creating safety, study peace, and following students' knowledge development and social situation.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing the teaching, as well as documenting in our learning platforms. The position also includes mentorship for a group of students, which you will share with another teacher. As a mentor, you have a holistic view of students' development and serve as an important contact person for both students and guardians.

Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach the relevant subjects and grades. You have a secure and clear leadership style in the classroom and approach each student with high expectations, warmth, and respect. You create curiosity and engagement around social studies subjects. You are relationship-oriented and easily collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are structured yet flexible – as this is a temporary position, we appreciate your ability to quickly adapt to the organization and meet students where they are.

The position is a fixed-term full-time (100%) employment with a holiday service. Start date is 2026-03-02 or by agreement. The position lasts until 2026-06-15.
