We now offer you an opportunity you cannot miss! Come to our fantastic school and work together with knowledgeable and professional colleagues to teach our students in grade 5. The position is a parental leave substitute starting from 1/4-26 but may need to be filled earlier.

We work across subjects for meaningful learning. Reading a topic simultaneously in several subjects in different ways has been shown to increase learning and the desire to learn in a very satisfying way. Texts and literature in Swedish are linked to the subjects of No and So, among others. An argumentative text about, for example, dictatorship can be assessed in both Swedish and SO subjects regarding text, facts, and source criticism. When Biology works with the human body, it is natural for Sports and Home Economics to be in the same project.

Working with tasks and problems from contexts outside of school is important to us. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the various projects and the pedagogical work at the workplace together with other colleagues. This creates a positive community and more eyes that see each child from different perspectives.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Innovitaskolan Södertälje is looking for a driven and positive teacher who puts students' learning at the center. We want you to be curious and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create interest and a desire to learn, and you meet each student where they are. You are engaged in your students' development and want to be part of driving the development work around your subjects at the school. You inspire joy in work and, through close leadership, contribute to development.

Creating good relationships with students and colleagues is a natural part of your daily life. You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in grades 4-6. It is an advantage if you are passionate about the subjects of Swedish/SVA and English.

The position is a 100% temporary position due to parental leave. Start date: April 1, 2026, or possibly earlier.
