Dibber is seeking an engaged teaching assistant/pedagogical resource for Snäckbacken adapted primary school in Sollentuna!
Do you want to help provide all students with the right education in a communicative and safe environment with high expectations? Then you are the one we are looking for!
Snäckbacken adapted primary school caters to students with intellectual disabilities (ID), multi-disabled students from preschool to grade 9 in adapted primary school and offers an environment where there is a belief that all children can develop.
Snäckbacken offers: Preschool (preschool), Grades 1-9 (adapted primary school), After-school care, and Short-term supervision 9§ LSS (complement to school).
Job Responsibilities:
You are part of the team that contributes to ensuring that Snäckbacken’s students receive education that leads to new abilities and understanding of norms and values. You are the students' closest support in all everyday situations.
Qualifications:
- Work experience: meritorious - teaching assistant – less than 1 year of experience
- Education: meritorious - upper secondary education in social work and care
- Skills: meritorious - trained childcare worker or similar, alternatively other relevant experience for the position. Good communication skills, very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
Personal Qualities
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate with people from different backgrounds and life situations. You can work independently and take responsibility. We are looking for a teaching assistant who is passionate about students with multiple disabilities and wants to contribute to ensuring that Snäckbacken’s students receive world-class education! This means you have a strong commitment to both the students' well-being and development as well as the organization's continuous improvements.
Information about the Position
Start date January 7, 2026, or by agreement. Temporary position until June 30, 2026. Possibility of extension exists.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters is located in Sollentuna, and operations exist in large parts of Sweden.
Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian free school group Dibber, which was started and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. The first preschool was started in 2003 in the small town where Randi grew up.
