About Us

Grimstaskolan is a school for grades 6-9, consisting of 16 classes as well as a class in adapted primary school. The school has approximately 450 students. Each grade forms a team and collaborates around students' development and needs. We are a school located in eastern Upplands Väsby with good access to nature, recreational activities, and active associations.

About the Position

The position involves teaching textile craft in grades 6-9. The role also includes mentorship for a group of students. The position is currently at 45 percent.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a teaching license to teach textile craft at the secondary level. Experience in teaching at the secondary level is an advantage.

As a person, you are collaborative, which for us means that you find it easy to work together with others to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and relationship-building. You have the ability to find solutions to emerging problems without losing sight of long-term strategies. To succeed in this role, you also need to be structured by organizing your work well and ensuring that you complete what you have started.
