Upp & Hoppa Akademien is a preschool where we focus on sports and movement, sustainability, and health. We exist to give children the opportunity to be more active. We are now looking for a driven preschool teacher to complement our team.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for the educational activities and systematically working towards the prioritized goals according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have good pedagogical knowledge and the ability to apply it in daily operations.

As a person, you are a solid and clear leader, driven, and with a high work ethic. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, leading your team, and are motivated by your own initiatives, significant influence, and short decision-making paths. We would like you to contribute with engagement, creativity, and a positive spirit. You meet each child with respect and attentiveness. Of course, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with guardians and colleagues.

The organization has been operating for over five years and maintains good quality in measurements. We work daily with sports sessions and outdoor activities, and we constantly strive to improve a stimulating and developing learning environment. An interest in sports and development is highly meritorious.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the end of the advertising period.
