About DRM-LND

DRM-LND is a retail concept focused on personalization and creativity. We offer customers the opportunity to design their own accessories – from phone cases and jewelry to bags and AirPod cases – using hundreds of customizable parts such as charms, beads, and tags.

Our goal is to create a store environment where creativity flows and where every customer can put their unique stamp on our premium products. With a strong narrative and an engaged audience – primarily Generation Z and Generation Alpha – DRM-LND has quickly grown into a concept that drives traffic and engagement both in-store and on social media.

• Our goal: To become the global market leader in personalized accessories.
• Our target audience: Creative individuals aged 8 to 18 (and older!) who want to express their personality.
• Our stores: Three in Stockholm (Täby Centrum, Mall of Scandinavia, and Gallerian) as well as more in the Nordics and global partnerships.
• Expansion plans: New stores opening soon in cities like London, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Hamburg.

Behind DRM-LND are founders with experience from successful brands like Happy Socks, giving us a strong foundation to build upon.

Your role

As a Retail Operations Manager at DRM-LND, you will be the heart of our stores. This is a hands-on role where you work closely with both teams and customers to create stores that exceed expectations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop our three stores in Stockholm and ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Inspire and coach the store team, establish routines, and create a strong team spirit.
• Drive the customer experience forward through creative ideas and innovative solutions.
• Optimize sales and profitability, both strategically and practically.

Other important tasks:

• Test new concepts and ideas to enhance both experience and results.
• Ensure that the stores are always inspiring, well-stocked, and organized.
• Act as the link between our stores and the head office, providing valuable insights and suggestions.
