Together with other employees, you will work to ensure good quality and safety for our elderly clients who are granted home care in Vallentuna municipality.

About the position

You are an important part of the team and will collaborate directly with management and plan the work for nursing assistants/care staff working in home care. You ensure safe care for our clients. You should be engaged and listen to the clients' wishes. You should be familiar with the various systems we work with: TES and other systems necessary for planning. We work to implement decided interventions.

You should be a trained nursing assistant with administrative skills and be able to plan in the TES system.

The assignment is in Vallentuna municipality, the position is permanent. It is desirable if you live in Vallentuna as it provides more opportunities.

We apply a probationary period of 3 months starting from February 1, 2025.

Working hours:

32 hours/week at 80%, light weekends, which means you work on public holidays.

Monday-Friday hours: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM 80%

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with administrative experience. You can use planning systems, document, and it is an advantage if you know TES planning, Excel, etc., and are computer literate.

You should be able to step in when nursing assistant skills are needed.

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
