About the role as Customer Receptionist

As a Customer Receptionist at our authorized workshop in Vårby, you will play a central role in meeting our customers and ensuring that their needs are met with the highest quality. You are the first point of contact for customers visiting our workshop and are responsible for providing them with a positive experience.

• Receive and welcome customers upon arrival
• Manage appointments and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure efficient service

Qualifications for Customer Receptionist

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
