School Administrator at Snitz Gymnasium

Snitz Gymnasium in Stockholm is centrally located near Odenplan. Approximately 200 students are enrolled in the programs: the Aesthetic Program and the Electrical and Energy Program, as well as program-oriented choices and vocational introduction programs. Snitz Gymnasium is aimed at students with neuropsychiatric disabilities and has developed a pedagogy to meet students who need explicit special support.

Founded in 2003, Snitz Gymnasium offers upper secondary education with vocational and higher education preparatory programs in the Electrical and Energy Program with a focus on Computer and Communication Technology, the Aesthetic Program with specializations in Visual Arts and Aesthetics and Media, as well as the Vocational Introduction Program with a focus on SPV. Currently, the school is centrally located near Odenplan but will move to a scenic environment with adapted facilities in Stora Essingen by January 2026. Approximately 220 students are enrolled across the three programs. The target group is students with neuropsychiatric variations who need enhanced support at the school, group, and individual levels. Since 2021, Snitz Gymnasium has been part of Drottning Blanka's Upper Secondary Schools, which is a segment within AcadeMedia. At Snitz Gymnasium, student health permeates the entire school's work. Together, you will work with our educators, our large EHT (special educator, 4 special teachers, school nurse, 3 counselors, career counselor, and 4 full-time mentors/study coordinators) as well as with the assistant principal and principal.

The administrative position includes work with:

  • administration before school start
  • administration after school start
  • grade management
  • enrollment and discharge of students
  • passwords for students/guardians
  • SL card management
  • locker management
  • invoice processing
  • CSN administration
  • administration of mapping conversations
  • orders - sending and receiving
  • contact and administration with food and cleaning suppliers
  • substitute procurement
  • responsibility for the school phone
  • staffing the reception

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work within schools or public organizations. You need to have a high level of digital competence. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and previous experience with Schoolsoft, Google Drive, the Office Suite, and the invoicing system Opto.
