Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Technician for an exciting consulting assignment within IT operations and support. The role includes both server operations and user support, involving varied tasks with different technical challenges.

You thrive in a broad technical role, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and sharing your knowledge. The job requires structure and careful documentation, as well as a willingness to work across multiple areas of IT.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in IT operations and support, can work independently in complex environments, and guide others
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows Server as well as full lifecycle management of users, onboarding/offboarding, and ongoing support
• Knowledge of hardware such as Microsoft Surface, iPhones, Virtual Smart Card (TPM chip), and printing solutions with “Follow Me”
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and distribution/patch management via SCCM and Intune
• Competence in account management, email administration, Active Directory, and Group Policies
• Experience in server and network management, Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online, networks, VPN, and Hyper-V
• Extensive experience with SCCM, setup, updating, and troubleshooting of servers, as well as general server management in the existing environment
• Experience in backup management, including tape backup and working with Microsoft OneDrive
• Knowledge in AV solutions, audio systems like Avoki, and administration of Zoom and Teams meetings
• Competence in security, including Microsoft's spam filter and KeePassXC
