Payroll Administrator – Marcus Naessén Entreprenad

Marcus Naessén Entreprenad is looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented payroll administrator who wants to grow with a company that has a strong forward momentum in Nyköping.

About the role You will be the hub of our payroll management and responsible for the entire flow – from reporting and discrepancies to control, payment, and reporting. Currently, we handle payroll for two companies with a total of 67 employees, and you will drive the process independently in close dialogue with the business. The role is part-time (approximately 60%) with the possibility to increase the scope if you wish to take on more tasks based on experience and interest, such as invoicing, simpler HR administration, approval flows, contract management, or monitoring key figures.

Your mission You plan, ensure quality, and carry out payroll runs on time and in accordance with applicable agreements and legislation. You ensure correct documentation, handle questions from managers and employees, and make sure our procedures are clear and effective. In daily administration, we use Fortnox and preferably have a connection to SmartDok for time, absence, and projects – experience with these systems is an advantage.

Your profile You have several years of experience in independent payroll administration in a smaller or medium-sized company and enjoy owning the entire process. You are structured, responsible, and communicative – equally comfortable with details as with explaining and improving workflows. Knowledge of tax regulations and labor law is seen as an advantage, and experience from the construction industry is positive. You are stable and secure in life, enjoy collaborating, and are ready to develop with us.

Employment and scope The position is based in Nyköping. The employment is part-time (approximately 60%) with the possibility of more, and starts with a six-month probationary period. We apply the collective agreement for office workers in the machine contractor industry.
