About the Assignment

Region Stockholm is currently undertaking one of its largest digitization projects ever – “Generational Shift in Healthcare IT” – where several of the healthcare's journal systems and IT support are being modernized. The goal is to create a future-proof, flexible, and patient-safe IT environment that supports the entire healthcare chain.

As a senior test leader (level 5), you will be a key person in this transformation work and be responsible for planning, leading, and executing testing activities in connection with the implementation of new systems, such as CHA (Intensive Care, Anesthesia, Neonatal) and Cosmic Birth (pregnancy and childbirth care).

Your Assignment

You will:

Lead and coordinate testing activities in complex implementation projects.
Ensure quality, traceability, and timely control in all testing phases.
Drive integration tests, acceptance tests, flow tests, and regression tests.
Work closely with operations, suppliers, and other project teams.
Contribute to method development and improvement of testing strategies within Region Stockholm.

Competence Requirements (Must-Haves)

Education: Master’s degree in Medicine and Technology, or equivalent level.
At least 5 years of experience in test management in large and complex organizations.
At least 5 years of experience in structured management of different testing levels (integration, acceptance, flow, regression).
At least 7 years of experience in requirements and testing work in a Cosmic environment.
Experience with data migration from Take Care.

Desirable Experience

Configuration of Cosmic.
Experience with technical and operational implementation of journal systems within healthcare.
Previous assignments as a test leader within the public sector, preferably in healthcare and social services.

Reference Assignments

To approve the assignment, two (2) reference assignments are required that:

Concern senior test leadership within the public sector.
Have lasted at least 6 months within the last 3 years.
Clearly describe the scope, content of the assignment, and contact persons.
