Business Development Manager at Hemrex

We are seeking a proactive and engaged Business Development Manager who wants to lead Hemrex's expansion into new regions in Sweden.

In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and establishing new business opportunities and collaborations to build sustainable and profitable operations outside our existing markets.

• Preferably has experience in business development, regional expansion, or partnerships.
• Is a natural leader and relationship builder with good communication skills.
• Has an entrepreneurial drive and a “hands-on” approach.
• Is analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in services, the cleaning industry, or the service sector is an advantage.
