We are now looking for a housing supporter to our team at Nytida Brynnkällevägen, a temporary position starting immediately until 22/1-2026, which includes awake night shifts. We offer internal training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is 100%. Introduction will take place both during the day and evening so you can get to know the residents.  About Brynnkällevägen Brynnkällevägen is a group home in accordance with LSS 9§9, for young adults. It is a newly built single-story villa with 6 apartments and common areas. There is a workgroup of 9 regular staff and nearly 10 substitutes. It is a wonderful workgroup that is easy to laugh with. Relatively new, as we started in August 2024. We have 6 residents, and they are individuals with various disabilities including autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and some physical disabilities. It is a fantastic group of people to work with and also presents some exciting challenges. Some routines are still being established, which you need to be comfortable with. There is free parking outside, and if you come by bus, the nearest stop is Klareberg. The unit is located close to nature with a view of Angeredsbron. About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

You will have a coordinator and a manager close to you who works part of their time in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in healthcare or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group and low-arousal approaches.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping the best interests of our residents in mind in everything you do.

Other Employment form: Temporary position at 100% until 22/1-2026. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: By agreement, but immediate start is desirable.
