About the Position

In this role, you will work as a flexible service manager, which means you will primarily work as a receptionist for our various clients around the Stockholm area.

The position is for you who enjoy a varied job where you work at different companies, such as law firms, banks, media companies, and also at our conference facilities and office cafés. As a flex worker (roaming service manager), you will create a large network and gain a lot of experience from working at different companies in the business world.

The tasks vary between the different assignments in this role, and your days will look very different. You will therefore gain experience working as a receptionist, conference host, office assistant, in events, office café, etc. During the first weeks, you will receive training at our clients' locations together with the regular staff. You will work both independently and in teams, and examples of tasks you may be responsible for include:

  • Acting as a mood manager and ensuring world-class service for all visitors
  • Administrative work in various systems
  • Bookings and orders
  • Conference and café
  • Email and phone
  • Mail and package handling
  • Other related tasks belonging to the role of receptionist

About the Employment

  • Permanent employment with a 6-month initial probation period
  • The position is 100%
  • Monday to Friday, office hours - approximately 8-17
  • The assignments are located in Stockholm (mainly in City, Solna, Kista, Sickla)
  • Start immediately or according to agreement
