We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for one of our clients in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and will initially last for about 6 months with the possibility of employment with our client.

In this role, you will manage the entire accounts payable process. The workflows are large, which requires you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. What are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, meticulous, and engaged. You are used to working in a team and taking full responsibility for your tasks. You have a drive and interest in finding new solutions and enjoy working with continuous improvements.

We believe that you are at the beginning of your career and have 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn, as well as your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You speak and write Swedish excellently and are good at communicating.
