About the position:

HVB AB Stabbarpsgården targets youth aged 14 - 20 with psychosocial behavioral issues. The youth put their health and development at risk and often struggle with peer relationships as well as relationships with guardians. A disrupted schooling is common, and most youth placed at Stabbarpsgården have been diagnosed with a diagnosis within NPF. Often, the youth also carry previous traumas that affect their daily lives. We work based on relationship-building, structure, demand adaptation, trauma-informed care, low-arousal responses, and connection. Many of our staff are also trained in rePulse. Stabbarpsgården is a small-scale treatment home that strives to create as home-like and normalized an environment as possible for those placed with us. Stabbarpsgården has a total of 13 places distributed across two units. The position includes being a contact person and driving your cases forward while maintaining close contact with schools, BUP, social services, guardians, and other relevant contacts for the case.

What we are looking for in you:

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure in themselves. You have relevant work experience and education. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with the group to achieve the treatment goals for the youth.

You have a good ability to create positive relationships with youth who have complex difficulties in social interaction. You should have an unpretentious attitude towards both colleagues and youth.

You are accustomed to expressing yourself in writing and writing both implementation plans and journal notes.

The position includes some daily chores such as cooking, etc.

Working hours: Permanent employment. Evening, weekend, and night shifts may occur.

Salary according to agreement. Collective agreements are in place.
