Your New Role

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented financial accountant with extensive experience in SAP and property management? We are now looking for a Financial Accountant / Process Specialist for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our major clients in the logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering property agreements and lease contracts in the Nordics according to IFRS16 and other regulations, as well as ensuring uniform and efficient processes between different units. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and improve workflows, systems, and data quality. Your responsibilities include: - Managing contract handling from start to finish (lease-in, lease-out, intercompany). - Administering and following up on lease agreements, new agreements, extensions, and terminations in SAP. - Handling property-related invoices and reconciliations. - Ensuring compliance with IFRS16 and other relevant regulations. - Maintaining and improving data quality within the property and finance area. - Being responsible for accounting processes in SAP's Real Estate module. - Driving process harmonization across business units and markets. - Performing financial analysis, controlling, and reporting. - Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring good internal control.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or property management.
• Documented expertise in SAP, preferably within the Real Estate module.
• Good understanding of IFRS16 and lease accounting.
• Excellent skills in Excel for analysis and data management.
• Experience managing property contracts and agreements in a Nordic or international environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external parties.
• A degree in finance or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (Scandinavian languages are considered an advantage).

Work model: The client applies a flexible workplace model with an expectation of physical presence in the office in Stockholm/Solna three days a week. Salary: According to agreement. Start: Immediately End: 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension.
