Your Role

As a Business Coordinator, you will have a broad and dynamic role with significant responsibility for daily commercial processes. You will work closely with both the Commercial Manager and the Program Manager and have regular contact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the project team in commercial and administrative matters Managing customer orders, contract terms, delivery schedules, and deviations Being responsible for reporting, documentation, and follow-up on customer needs Participating in negotiations and price analysis Ensuring that invoicing, receivables, and payment flows operate smoothly Driving improvements in processes, document management, and communication

Your Profile

We believe you have: A bachelor's degree in economics, law, engineering, or similar 3–5 years of experience in commercial work or business support A structured, communicative, and solution-oriented approach The ability to build relationships and thrive in a role with both internal and external contact points

• Location: Trollhättan, Västra Götaland (on-site)

• Scope: Full-time 100%

• Start: As agreed
