About the position We are currently seeking personal assistants for a 17-year-old boy residing in Ekerö. The positions are approximately 50%, and we are primarily looking for staff who can work afternoons and evenings. Day shifts may occur, and night shifts may become relevant in the future for interested candidates. The client is wheelchair-bound and speaks for himself. He needs help with all aspects of his daily life. The tasks include, among other things, transfers using a ceiling lift, finding and participating in various activities and outings, as well as personal hygiene.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Weekdays in the afternoons and occasional weekends at first. Later, nights may be available for those interested.

About the client This client has a great interest in food and restaurant visits, movies, video games, and YouTube, and we view it positively if you, as an applicant, share these interests with him. About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection. Requirements:

• Must be smoke-free,
• Must not be allergic to pets,
• Must have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in care and assistance or personal assistance,
• Hold a B driver's license,
• Share the client's interests.

Scope: Part-time. Number of positions: 2.  Start date: Immediately upon agreement. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
