Job responsibilities

As an IT Consultant in our technical team, you will become an important part of our customers' digital journey. You will work broadly with modern IT infrastructure, security, and client management but also be an advisory partner who builds trust and long-term relationships.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, but also driven, outgoing, and curious. You enjoy taking responsibility, see opportunities, and are not afraid to engage directly with the customer.

Examples of work areas:

• Software distribution and client management via Intune
• Management of the Microsoft 365 platform and its security features
• Troubleshooting, technical support, and proactive problem-solving
• Scripting for efficiency and automation
• Endpoint Security and modern security infrastructure
• Managing cloud-based work environments for our customers

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in Microsoft environments (365, Intune, MECM, Azure)
• Driving license – we like to meet our customers on-site
• A communicative and relationship-building side
• Curiosity about new technologies and continuous improvement
• Experience from a consulting role or operational environments is an advantage

We believe you have a few years of experience as a technician or IT consultant, preferably in a customer-facing role. You enjoy solving problems, improving, automating – but also listening, understanding needs, and building trust.
