Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Karlskoga. They conduct extensive production for both the Swedish and international markets, with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and modern technology. They are currently looking for a systems technician who wants to help develop, maintain, and optimize technical systems that are crucial for supporting production.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of systems and applications – focusing on availability, performance, and security through regular updates and optimization. You will also:

• Further develop existing systems based on changing business needs, including the integration of new features
• Develop solutions that automate and streamline processes 
• Provide technical support to production and quickly address faults to minimize disruptions
• Work proactively with security – implementing and following up on security routines, ensuring that systems comply with both internal policies and external requirements
• Contribute to a stable and secure OT environment through documentation, risk assessments, and process descriptions

We would like you to: 

• Have a university degree or other relevant education
• Have several years of work experience in systems operation in a production-related environment
• Speak Swedish and English fluently 

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period
