About the role

In the role of HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor and support the business in both daily and long-term issues. You combine operational efficiency with a strategic perspective and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Your responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Be an advisor on labor law and collective agreements.
• Lead negotiations and collaborate with union representatives.
• Support performance management, talent management, and career development.
• Be responsible for the annual salary review.
• Follow up on employee surveys and drive action plans.
• Conduct exit interviews and report insights.
• Contribute to HR reporting and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

• University degree in HR or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR work, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective bargaining.
• Documented experience of the entire recruitment process and HR processes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT skills (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
