Country Manager Sweden – Drive Growth and Success in Retail!

The role also involves translating the company's global vision into successful strategies in the Swedish market and strengthening our competitiveness. As part of a Nordic organization, you also have the opportunity to contribute to the development in both Denmark and Finland, adding an extra dimension to this exciting assignment.

Your responsibilities span multiple areas, making the role both dynamic and challenging. You will ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, both online and offline, while leading and developing staff at all levels to build a successful and engaged team. You will optimize our e-commerce and improve the customer experience in close collaboration with marketing and logistics. Financial management is also a central part of your role, where you will be responsible for budgeting and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize profitability.
