Join our team as Group Manager in Rehabilitation in Sjuhärad!

We are now looking for a dedicated Group Manager in Rehabilitation who wants to contribute to one of Sweden's most significant companies, the position reports directly to the Operations Manager. District Halland/Sjuhärad is looking for an engaged individual who is driven to work in an organization where customer and employee satisfaction are central. The position is located in Borås.

The role as group manager
As a Group Manager in Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for handling and driving our more complex rehabilitation cases and contributing to reducing sick leave while promoting a healthy physical and psychosocial work environment. In your role as a leader in rehabilitation, you are expected to be a specialist in the field and you will support and assist your colleagues in rehabilitation cases.

The position also involves building functional collaborations with external parties such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, occupational health services, and primary care. The position will involve travel within the district from Alingsås to Tranemo.

In this role, your main focus will be to drive rehabilitation cases based on the individual's abilities and help the employee develop, as well as support other managerial colleagues in their cases.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you are/have:

• Well-versed in the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's regulations as this is one of the prerequisites for this position
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Documented experience in operational work with staff development
• Good documented experiences of working with rehabilitation
• Previous work/collaboration with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Swedish Public Employment Service is highly meritorious
• A driver's license is required
