The Gothenburg district is now seeking a group manager colleague with a focus on rehabilitation. The position is directly subordinate to the operations manager and is located in Gothenburg.

Job Description

As a group manager, you will be responsible for the more complicated and difficult rehabilitation cases in the district. This may involve long-term sick leave as well as recurring short-term absences. Your work will include creating good collaboration with relatives, trade unions, as well as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, occupational health services, and primary care. You will be one of the district's specialists in rehabilitation, and your advice and coaching to your managerial colleagues in their own rehabilitation cases will be valuable. The goal of your work is to match the right tasks to the right person so that employees can regain their work capacity and thus return to work and eventually leave the company for employment with another employer. You are well versed in the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's regulations as this is one of the prerequisites for this position.

We are looking for someone who independently wants to lead and develop their area of responsibility in line with Samhall's mission and collaborate to ensure the district achieves its goals. You are good at creating structure, planning, and documentation in your work as a personnel manager. You are driven to motivate, develop, and match employees to work inside and outside of Samhall, as well as to develop employees' professional skills, work capacity, and employability in collaboration with your managerial colleagues in operational management. Through your working method, you contribute to good coordination and collaboration with, for example, occupational health services, other healthcare providers, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

Desired Qualifications

Leadership experience with personnel responsibility

Experience in active rehabilitation work with staff

Experience with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's regulations regarding sickness and rehabilitation work

Minimum high school education

Driver's license B required
