To our great team in Stockholm, we are now looking for a residential rental agent. This is a full-time consulting assignment from October 20, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

As a rental agent, you play a key role in communicating with both existing and prospective tenants. You will have daily contact with tenants on various issues and collaborate internally to focus on the tenant. For this assignment, we are looking for someone who is unpretentious, proactive, and motivated to create an efficient workday. In the group, there is a high ceiling that prioritizes the team over the individual.

Your main tasks:

• Rental of residential properties
• Daily contact with tenants via case management systems, phone, and email
• Rental cases, apartment exchanges, subletting, evacuations, relocations, rewriting and transferring agreements, as well as follow-up
• Rental and condition changes for garages and parking
• Upselling of HLU and options
• Participate in projects and change initiatives

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of residential rental agent, we prefer that you have:

• High school education
• At least one year of documented experience in residential rentals or basic knowledge of rental law
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good system knowledge and an interest in working digitally

About the assignment

• This is a full-time assignment as a consultant via The Place, starting on October 20, 2025, and lasting until April 30, 2026 – with the possibility of extension.
• You will work on-site at the client's office in Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work 1–2 days a week.
