About the role As a business controller, you will be an important part of the team and have the opportunity to gradually build your expertise in controlling. You will contribute to analyses, reports, and follow-ups that provide managers and leadership with clear decision-making support while developing in a learning environment.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of the organization's results and performance
• Support in creating reports, presentations, and statistics
• Follow up on budgets, forecasts, and project costs
• Be involved in developing reporting routines and tools
• Collaborate with other departments to collect and interpret data

We are looking for someone who

• Has 1–2 years of experience as a controller
• Has excellent skills in Excel and preferably an interest in Power BI or similar tools
• Is analytical, meticulous, and eager to develop further
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaboration
• Is motivated to build a long-term career in controlling
