We are now looking for support staff for the group home Rosen. We offer a developing job where you can make a difference!  About Rosen  Rosen is a group home according to LSS with space for 6 residents. The residence is located in central Säffle, close to shops, community services, and natural areas. The residents have their own apartments and the opportunity to socialize in common areas.

About the role As a support staff member, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. 

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.  

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
