JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference for youth in Hammarö municipality? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are now seeking a leisure leader for 75% for a permanent position.

As an employee with us, you will be offered a varied job with opportunities to contribute and influence. We operate 6 days a week for ages 12 - 18 years. The leisure leader staffs the youth center and works in a team with other staff, which requires you to be a team player. Together, you plan and implement activities, events, and projects. The work as a leisure leader also involves outreach activities in schools, collaboration with associations, and other stakeholders.

We work with and for youth, and their voices help guide the content of the operations.

The position involves work at two different locations, Hammarlunden Youth Center and Mörmo Farm Youth Center.

Start date by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a leisure leader education or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with children and youth and find it easy to collaborate. The position requires you to be self-driven and have the ability to take your own initiatives.

A B driver's license is an advantage.

With reference to the Education Act, the person offered this position must present a valid extract from the criminal record before an employment contract can be established.
