Personal Assistants Wanted

We are starting a new assistance service on February 1, 2026, and are now looking for 6 personal assistants for work on various schedules ranging from 50-75%. In addition to assistants for scheduled shifts, we are also looking for on-call substitutes.

Our Client:

Our male client is exceptionally cheerful and interested in engaging in many activities in his daily life. After an accident, he has become paralyzed from the neck down, which means you will assist him with everything in his daily routine. He communicates fully and lives in Karlstad. His home is equipped with all the necessary aids for daily living. His interests revolve around activities such as motorsport, walks in both the city and the forest, and especially ice hockey. Every home game is spent at Löfbergs Lila Arena - without exception.

You as an Applicant:

To succeed in this assistance role, we believe that you, the applicant, are around 30 years old or older. You have prior extensive experience in the role of personal assistant and are someone who understands what good care means. In this assistance, you will work with double staffing, which requires you to be socially oriented and a team player. As a person, you have a cheerful and open approach and enjoy coming up with activities.

For this assistance, we value experience with advanced respiratory support. Based on the conditions of the assistance, training will take place on-site before you start the assignment.

Conditions:

• 6 scheduled shifts of 50-75% + on-call substitutes.
• Double staffing.
• You will work on a rotating three-shift schedule: days, evenings, awake nights, and weekends.
• Start date: February 1, 2026 - training will take place before this date.

Requirements:

• You are 30 years old or older.
• Driver's license
• Non-smoker
• Fluent in Swedish

Other:

We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting, as well as wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
