JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a job consultant for the labor market unit in Hammarö. To succeed in this role, you need to have knowledge of the labor market and its conditions, care cooperation, and rehabilitative efforts. You believe that everyone can move forward with the right support and trust in individuals' inherent abilities. The modern client-centered work requires continuous development and must therefore be based on a holistic view of our participants' lives. You are flexible and enjoy working on multiple issues simultaneously. You take personal responsibility and can shift focus during a workday. Collaboration with caseworkers, authorities, and other actors is natural for you.

You will work in regular operations, with the main task of supporting our participants towards sustainable self-sufficiency. Our operations include various professions, and we work in teams.

The labor market unit is a unit under constant development in the form of projects and new tasks. This requires that you find it enjoyable to be part of the development and contribute ideas and initiatives for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree as a social worker or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience in labor market issues is an advantage.

We would like you to have experience working with people with complex needs. As a colleague, you are unpretentious and a good coworker. You are happy to contribute your skills and experience. You have good digital maturity and can master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
