About the position

We are currently seeking someone who wants to work as a part-time personal assistant (approximately 50%) for a 29-year-old man with autism living in the Säffle area. The client’s interests include animals, nature, and hunting.

Furthermore, the client is only looking for male assistants by his side.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Support with daily routines and household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Practical support in everyday activities
• Driving the client to his daily activities (manual driving license required)

About you

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to the needs of others. You are attentive and solution-focused.

You have a calm personality and are patient. You can easily read situations and stay one step ahead.

The position involves varying working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00-17:00
• 17:00-22:00
• 22:00-08:00 sleeping on duty with 6 hours of waiting time

Requirements:

• Manual driving license and car
• Must not be allergic to pets
• Professional experience in care or as a personal assistant
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious: Professional experience with autism and LAB (low-affective approach)

Employment rate: 1 part-time position 50%

Start date: January 2026, interviews will be conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
