About the role

As a Sales Driven Tech Recruiter at Ecareer, you will have a dual role – you will be responsible for driving recruitment processes as well as developing and nurturing client relationships. You will build networks of candidates, identify new business opportunities, and present Ecareer's solutions to companies that need to strengthen their tech teams.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process for IT and tech roles

• Actively search for and attract candidates through various channels

• Identify and engage new clients while developing existing client relationships

• Present and sell Ecareer's recruitment solutions

• Build long-term networks within tech and the business community

• Contribute ideas to develop Ecareer's business and offerings

• Has experience in recruitment within IT/tech

• Has worked with sales, client engagement, or business development

• Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrives in a results-driven environment

• Has a good understanding of tech roles and the industry's skill needs

• Is communicative, relationship-building, and enjoys performing
