About the role

As a Tech Recruiter at Aveer, you will work with the entire recruitment process within IT and tech – from identifying and attracting candidates to matching them with our clients' needs. You will build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients and become a central part of developing our tech recruitment solutions.

You will work closely with our clients, understand their technical environments and the requirements of the roles, and actively seek and engage the best candidates in the market. 

Your responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process for IT and tech roles

• Actively search for and attract candidates through various channels

• Build networks and long-term relationships with tech talents

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate presentations

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in recruitment within IT/tech

• Is familiar with working with search, preferably via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

• Has an understanding of IT roles and technical competencies

• Is communicative, driven, and enjoys performing in a fast-paced environment

• Thrives on building relationships and networks within tech
